6:00 P.M.-7:00 P.M.
Logan is paraded into CTU, given the full criminal treatment. He convinces Buchanan that he can get his ex-wife to appeal to the Russian president instead of raiding the Consulate building. Logan choppers to Martha’s home, where she has taken up with Aaron Pierce. Although Martha is defiant against helping him, she reluctantly agrees to call President Suvarov’s wife. In a rage, Martha stabs Logan in the neck and his heart begins to crash. Bleeding profusely, Logan is carted away in an ambulance

5:00 P.M.-6:00 P.M.
Logan goes to the Russian Consulate to meet with Markov. Logan pretends to believe Markov’s claim of innocence, but he knows better. Logan is shocked that Jack would break international law by -- once again -- disrespecting the sovereignty of a Consulate.

4:00 P.M.-5:00 P.M.
Jack comes to Logan’s retreat and isn’t sure whether to trust him. Jack realizes that Logan has renewed his faith and is looking for some kind of redemption. Logan gets a furlough from the President in order to personally appeal to Markov, a Russian Consul who works with Gredenko. Logan had covered for Markov in his Administration’s conspiracy.

3:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.
Former President Charles Logan gets a surprise call from Jack. Logan tells him that he may be able to help him find Gredenko.
