SIMON COWELL SAYS… NO ELLEN FEUD!

You know those rumors about tension on the “American Idol” set between outgoing judge Simon Cowell and newcomer Ellen DeGeneres?  Cowell wanted to set the record straight, and he told us that somehow, one little kernel of truth blew up into a large popcorn bag of lies.  The two will again share space at the judging table tonight as “Idol” with live performances on Fox (Click on the audio player to hear Simon Cowell)

ZOOLANDER’S COMING BACK, BEN STILLER SAYS

Will Derek Zoolander be able to come up with a look that’ll top Blue Steel?  He’d better get to work on that, because after years of speculation, a sequel to 2001’s “Zoolander” is finally in the works.  We spoke with Ben Stiller about the status of the project, and he told us why it’s taken so long to coax America’s favorite male model back onto the runway. SANDRA BULLOCK: FROM WORST ACTRESS OF THE YEAR TO BEST IN 24 HOURS

 
Sandra Bullock tonight accomplished what every actress strives to do in Hollywood, win the academy award for Best Actress. However just 24 hours ago Bullock won the Razzie Award ( Given to the worst movies and performances of the year) for her performance in What About Steve .When asked how it felt from going from worst to the best Bullock took it in stride. KATHERINE BIGELOW: EX-HUSBAND JAMES CAMERON STILL AN INSPIRATON

Katherine Bigelow made history tonight by being the first woman in Academy Awards history to win the Best Director Award for her movie The Hurt Locker. The Hurt Locker walked away with six academy awards including best director and best picture  however she credits her ex-husband and Avatar director James Cameron as an inspiration. The ever humble Jeff Bridges was still grinning after he enteered the press room for his leading actor Oscar win for Crazy Heart. No sooner did he take the stage than someone reffered to him as The Dude his character from The Big Lewbowski. He credits his wife and his children for his success. MO’NIQUE: NOT HARD TO LEAVE CHARACTER ON THE SET
