Andrew started his career in cuisine at the age of 14 in a pizzeria. He has worked in restaurants ever since. He loves making people happy with the dishes he creates and likes the way food can bring people together. Gordon can be difficult to please, he admits, but he’s not going to let that get him down. His dream is to one day own his own restaurant.
